Account Manager – Industrial Division (3 positions)

Elko, Nevada;
Sacramento, California / Central California Valley;
Idaho/Montana/ Western Wyoming area, USA

Key Responsibilities
  • Professionally represent and promote REMA Tip Top products and services to current and prospective customers within an assigned territory
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of all REMA Tip Top products and services
  • Provide basic product and application training to customers
  • Research and develop target customer lists to drive new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain long‑term, repeat customer relationships and key accounts
  • Develop in‑depth knowledge of target markets and customer needs
  • Create and execute market strategies and sales goals for assigned products and services
  • Utilize effective territory planning and time management to maximize results
  • Conduct regular customer visits, sales calls, and follow‑up activities
  • Represent REMA Tip Top at industry trade shows and events as required
  • Manage all direct sales activities within the designated territory
  • Travel frequently within the territory and across the United States as needed to promote products and services
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Business acumen with ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Strategic thinking and problem‑solving ability
  • Skilled in pipeline management and use of CRM systems
  • Results‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills

Qualifications
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–5 years of account management, business development, or sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and contract negotiation
  • Experience working in the industrial, mineral processing or mining products industry, preferred.
Job Summary
