Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordination position provides operational and sales support to sales personnel for Ziegler Inc.
Candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, possess the ability to reason with all personality types, take direction from others, multi-task, and meet short timelines.
Responsibilities- Support sales representatives by securing inventory, managing walk-in traffic, creating agreements, facilitating transportation, invoicing, and warranty enrollment of machines.
- Serve as main line of support for sales representatives.
- Act as point of contact for walk-in traffic and area customers.
- Create and maintain sale and lease agreements.
- Schedule trucking and/or shipping of equipment to customer sites.
- Finalize invoices and credits for transactions.
- Handle any additional special projects as needed.
- Manage a large number of transactions while supporting high-functioning salespeople.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
- Create sales or lease contracts timely and process invoices.
- Multi-task on technical issues.
- Follow up with sales representatives via phone and other interactions.
- Work cooperatively with team and employees.
- High School Diploma or GED required; 2- or 4‑year degree preferred or comparable work experience.
- 1-3 years experience performing customer service and/or administrative support.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer focus, problem solving, attention to detail, teamwork, and professionalism.
- Capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Walking, talking, and hearing.
- Work may take place both indoors and outdoors; moderate noise levels may be present.
- Competitive pay ranging from $24.16 to $28.98 per hour, depending on skills, experience, education, and location.
- Full-time positions are benefits eligible, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
