This company is looking for a top Business Developer to join a fast‑growing, tech‑forward restoration company based in the DSM area
. The role requires a highly motivated, autonomous individual with experience in business development within restoration or related industries.

• Bring in a strong book of business with local clientele.
• Work for a well‑respected, full‑service restoration company specializing in mitigation, contents/pack‑outs, and reconstruction, with a growing reconstruction department.
• On‑site role with local travel to meet clients and build relationships.
• Primary focus on business development with limited estimating responsibilities.
• Mix of business development and light estimating, emphasizing relationship building.
• Guide customers through the insurance process.
• Act as an insurance expert and trusted advisor for clients.
• Experience with restoration, construction, or home services strongly preferred.
• Highly tech‑forward mindset.
• Operate autonomously with company‑provided laptop, gas card, debit card, toll tag, and monthly stipend to manage territory independently.
• All relationships are commission‑eligible, regardless of source.
• Strong people skills, grit, integrity, and a self‑starter mentality are essential.

• Competitive base salary with $150k+ earning potential.
• Commission begins after hitting a set threshold and is uncapped.
