To strengthen our growing team in Germany, we are looking for an ambitious, relationship-oriented and sales-driven Account Manager – West (m/w/d). This position is much more than a classic sales role – it offers you the opportunity to become a trusted partner for healthcare providers and actively contribute to the development of diagnostic solutions in doctor’s offices, laboratories and emergency rooms.

Your responsibilities:
- Responsibility for a dynamic sales territory and contributing to the expansion of our portfolio in the field of point-of-care and molecular diagnostics in Germany.
- Promotion of business growth through the establishment of new customer relationships and the development of existing partnerships.
- Sales and support of a comprehensive diagnostic portfolio in the areas of infectious diseases, cardio-metabolism, toxicology and molecular diagnostics.
- Collaboration with physicians, laboratories and emergency providers to identify new business opportunities and develop value-oriented solutions.
- Creation of customer offers, negotiation of agreements and support in contract completion.
- Building long-term strategic relationships with important customers and stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and competitive activities to identify innovation and growth potentials.
- Close cooperation with internal, cross-functional teams to ensure an excellent customer experience and service quality.
- Acting as a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and providing solution-oriented advice.

You bring:
- Experience in the field of diagnostics, medical technology or a comparable health-related industry.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or account management in a medical or scientific environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills and excellent communication abilities.
- A consultative sales approach with the ability to recognize customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
- A proactive, independent working style and the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
- Confidence in dealing with uncertainties and the ability to quickly adapt to changes in the market.
- Strategic thinking combined with pragmatic implementation strength.
- Very good organizational and presentation skills.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- High willingness to travel within the sales territory (up to 70%).
