Sales Representative, Outside Sales, Sales Development Rep/SDR, Business Development
Job Overview
Sales employees will concentrate on acquiring new business and conducting customer visits in the field. When not in the field, they are expected to collaborate with their team from their assigned office location, if available.
Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth by developing and supporting channel partners through strategic relationship management, training, and compliance oversight.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels.
- Provide training and ongoing support to channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Ensure that all channel partners adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with channel partners.
Base salary range: $55,000 – $82,600 plus up to $20,000 sales target incentive.
Requirements- 2+ years of proven sales experience; excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
- 2+ years sales management experience preferred.
- 2 to 5 years indirect channel management, customer facing, sales experience.
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record, current auto insurance, reliable vehicle for transportation needs.
- Mid-level sales representative with intermediate knowledge of sales principles, practices, products, and services.
- Experience managing small to mid-size sales with direct ongoing supervision.
- Responsible for a small to moderate quota or territory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
Location & HoursLocation:
Las Vegas, Nevada – Weekly hours: 40, Regular time type.
