Your ChallengeDirectly attached to the department manager, and in close collaboration with the store team, you will develop the commercial performance of the store and carry out the operational tasks related to your activity. Cycle technician but also a sales advisor, your main duties revolve around two axes:
Sales:
- Welcome, advise and develop an argument adapted to the needs of customers
- Know the store's offer and know how to present the articles offered to customers
- Showcase the products (presentation, demonstration)
- Maintain and stock the department
- Participate in the promotion of commercial operations
- Concretize sales
- Respect internal procedures
- Ensure the best possible store condition (constant cleaning and tidiness)
Technical:
- Diagnose customer needs and help them in their choice
- Ensure the technical preparation of products for sale and their adjustment
We are looking for a passionate and/or practicing cyclist who knows the products and accessories from this universe well. You master the assembly of all types of bicycles, the replacement and adjustments of all components.
A true salesperson, your listening skills and your sense of service will allow you to respond best to the requests of our customers and embody the values of our brand.
Ideally, you have a training in sales (CQP cycle highly appreciated) or a first experience, you demonstrate a good mastery of sales techniques acquired in a distribution store or sports equipment store (knowledge of e-bikes highly appreciated).
