As a Commercial Manager you will be responsible for conducting promotion, sales, and distribution activities of the company's services, in accordance with the Sales Area Manager's guidelines and established procedures. The goal is to achieve sales and margin objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term trust relationships.
Functions:
- Promote, sell, and distribute the company's services effectively.
- Attract, develop, and maintain relationships with customers, using commercial tools and logistics and financial services provided by different departments, following the company's guidelines.
- Track agreements reached with customers.
- Monitor results compared to established objectives in various areas, such as acquisition, billing, margin, private labels, Alphega, among others.
- Manage the resolution of customer complaints, including complaints, doubts, incidents, and inquiries.
- Identify business opportunities in the area.

Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 13:30 and from 16:00 to 19:30. - Company vehicle.

Requirements:
- Technical or university degree in ADE or Economics.
- Mandatory experience in developing commercial tasks in a pharmacy office.
- We look for initiative, autonomy, and a high capacity for continuous learning.
- Valuable if you have previous experience as a Commercial in pharmaceutical distribution.
