As a member of the Business Development team in CEE for Hospitality Solutions, you will build long-term, trustworthy relationships with clients in the hotel industry. You will meet your contacts on an equal footing and advise them expertly, always focused on their individual business requirements.

With your advice and the solutions of Amadeus Hospitality, you will support our customers in increasing revenues, optimizing processes, and sustainably reducing costs.

You will be responsible for a clearly defined sales area in Germany (Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Saarland, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saxony, and Thuringia) as well as in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. A central part of your role is the regular personal exchange on site – especially in important cities and resort destinations in the region.

Travel is a valuable part of your work, because proximity to the customer is the key to successful sales for you.

Your Profile
  • Several years of experience in sales, ideally in the hotel IT, travel, or hospitality industry

  • German at a native or bilingual level is mandatory, as you will independently manage customer relationships in the German-speaking area;
    English is required for internal coordination and reporting

  • You work independently, proactively, and responsibly and plan your customer visits and travels on your own

  • Travel readiness is a basic requirement: about 50% of your working time you will be on the road in the sales area, the rest of the time you will work from the office or remotely

  • You feel comfortable in active new customer sales ("hunting") and enjoy building and continuously expanding a reliable network

  • Secure handling of Microsoft Office 365; first experience with Salesforce (Customer Relationship Management) is advantageous

  • Mobility:
    Business trips are made by rental car or your own vehicle (mileage reimbursement)
