About the role
The Client Success team follows a Client for Life philosophy. In this role, you ensure that every Gartner client receives value far exceeding their investment by onboarding, proving concepts, and stimulating engagement of Gartner services.
What you will do- Partner with clients ranging from senior C‑levels to more junior professionals across IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales to ensure they are successful in using their Gartner subscription.
- Deliver value to decision makers and drive Gartner growth by introducing services, managing accounts, or connecting clients with the Gartner expert community.
- Identify client priorities and align Gartner resources to provide best‑in‑class service that maximizes return on investment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver service, share best practices, and design solutions that overcome obstacles.
- Leverage insights and metrics to drive continuous client engagement, satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and at least 6 months of relevant professional or internship experience.
- Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients.
- Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
- Competitive salary of USD 53,000 – 77,000, with potential for bonus or sales‑incentive plans.
