OverviewThe Hematology Oncology Account Specialist engages Hematologists and key Oncology customers across academic centers, large group practices, IDNs, and community accounts to support the launch of our Multiple Myeloma bispecific antibody. The role focuses on delivering clinically focused selling messages to build and grow revenue, consistently meeting product goals while maintaining compliance with regulations and Regeneron policies.
Responsibilities- Engage Hematologists and other key Oncology customers to deliver clinically focused selling messages for the Multiple Myeloma bispecific antibody.
- Facilitate partnership with internal collaborators—Regional Director, Nurse Educator, Key Account Manager, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists—to proactively resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics, and develop brand support strategies.
- Develop strong working relationships with designated accounts and specialists.
- Execute market profiling activities to understand regional and local health care delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Proactively identify business opportunities and coordinate efforts with the Regeneron Oncology account team, including contracting and pull‑through support.
- Build relationships within each account to understand objectives, goals, and challenges, and recommend appropriate Regeneron Oncology resources.
- Uphold compliance with regulations and policies governing customer interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or advanced certification a plus).
- Minimum five years of successful experience in Oncology sales, with Hematology/Oncology preference.
- Experience buying and billing with biologics.
- Minimum three years of experience with key thought leaders or high‑influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, or key institutions.
- Current account management experience calling on large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of the Hematology/Oncology therapeutic area and current marketplace.
- Proven advanced clinical-based and account-based selling skills, results‑oriented with a track record of product launches.
- Analytical, problem‑solving and planning skills; strong account management.
- Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories.
$158,950 – $220,000
