Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordination position provides operational and sales support to sales personnel for Ziegler Inc. Duties include securing inventory, walk-in traffic, creating agreements, facilitating transportation, invoicing, and warranty enrollment of machines. The candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, possess the ability to reason with all personality types, take direction from others, multi-task, and meet short timelines.
Responsibilities- Serves as main line of support for sales representatives
- Point of contact for walk-in traffic and area customers
- Creates and maintains sale and lease agreements
- Schedules trucking and/or shipping of equipment to customer sites
- Finalizes invoices and credits for transactions
- Handles any additional special projects as needed
- Manages a large number of transactions and high functioning salespeople
- Performs additional administrative tasks as needed
- Maintains up‑to‑date and accurate records
- Creates sales or lease contracts and processes invoices in a timely manner
- Multi‑tasks on technical issues
- Follows up with sales representatives via phone and other interactions
- Works cooperatively with team and employees
- High School Diploma or GED required; 2‑ or 4‑year degree preferred or comparable work experience
- Customer focus, problem solving, attention to detail, teamwork, professionalism
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision
- 1‑3 years experience performing customer service and/or administrative support
- Manages time effectively
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Physical Requirements
- Walking, talking, hearing
- Work may be both indoor and outdoor; noise level may be moderate at times
Pay range: $24.16 to $28.98 per hour. Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending on applicant’s location.
