• Travel to pre‑qualified, company‑generated appointments with homeowners.
• Conduct product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in‑home consultations.
• Follow a value‑based selling process that emphasizes honesty and integrity.
• Attend training sessions and regular sales meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Be comfortable traveling up to 2 hours daily for appointments.
• Be able to lift and carry at least 20–60 lbs. of sample materials.
• Be capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.
• Previous outside sales experience is not required.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
• Strong desire and ability to close the sale.

• Uncapped, full commission structure (consultants earning $80,000–$220,000+).
• Performance‑based bonus opportunities.

• Flexibility on a weekly basis.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
• Day shift and evening shift.
• Monday to Saturday as needed.
