Join our Agronomy Sales Team and be an expert in the field.

As a member of our AGRILAND FS Agronomy Sales Team, you will combine a strong work ethic and desire to learn with our training and development programs to make a direct impact on a customer's entire acre, with a focus on seed, fertilizer, crop protection, and precision farming.

• Purposely schedule in-person meetings with farmers to develop professional relationships and learn about their agronomy needs
• Assist operations with leadership, scheduling, and follow up with customers
• Develop agronomy skills and actively pursue opportunities to identify and solve business and agronomy challenges for customers

• Minimum of a two- or four-year degree or equivalent experience in sales or an agriculture related industry
• Strong agricultural aptitude with experience learning on the job to become an expert
• Examples of influencing others, either in a leadership role or through sales relationships
• Strong business skills, such as ability to collaborate, communication skills, dedicated customer focus, and solid decision-making abilities
• Experience putting in extra time and effort to meet and exceed customer needs
