E-Commerce Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Manager to enhance the growth and management of our third-party e-commerce marketplaces.

As a key member of our E-commerce team, your primary role will involve overseeing our diverse online marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and more. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining high customer satisfaction levels, driving sales growth, and handling the overall marketplace management. The successful candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of various e-commerce platforms, be adept in e-commerce best practices, and have the capability to leverage market trend analysis for optimizing product listings and sales strategies.

This role demands a proactive individual skilled in identifying emerging market trends, exploring new product opportunities, and efficiently managing and updating our product catalog across these platforms.

• Manage account health performance and key metrics to ensure the account(s) remain in good standing.
• Ability to grow marketplace accounts and oversee business on various e-commerce platforms.
• Track sales data, perform in-depth analyses to optimize KPIs, and evaluate deal economics.
• Identify new product opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to onboard products in accurate quantities and profitable prices.
• Monitor competitor product portfolios and pricing strategies and take necessary action to remain competitive in the market.
• Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure timely shipment of customer orders.
• Ability to strategize and drive increased demand for products.
• Experience in capturing product images to enhance their appeal and marketability.

• Identify, explain, and resolve anomalies in product sales velocity.
• Work closely with the E-commerce, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by managing orders and customer expectations efficiently.
• Knowledgeable in launching ad campaigns and promotions across various marketplaces.

• Experience in managing and growing online marketplace presence.
• Proven track record of enhancing sales through data-driven analysis and strategic planning.
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms and understanding of their specific requirements for success.
• Experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant e-commerce experience working with 3rd party marketplaces.
• Experience working with analytics tools such as Quick Sight, Jungle Scout, Data Hawk and any other 3rd party tools specifically related to e-commerce.
