If you've built your book on insurance claims and know how to work a storm-you'll do very well here. Waddle Exteriors is actively hiring a proven Insurance Restoration Sales Rep to take over a strong pipeline in the Iowa City market. This is not a starter role-we're looking for someone who already knows how to generate, manage, and close insurance roofing deals at scale.

• Run and close insurance restoration roofing claims
• Generate business through canvassing, referrals, and storm response
• Inspect roofs, identify damage, and guide homeowners through claims
• Manage projects from signed contract through completion
• Work closely with production to ensure clean execution

• 3–5+ years in roofing or exterior sales
• Proven production:
  • $1M+ in insurance restoration sales (last 12 months)
• Strong understanding of claims process, adjuster meetings, and supplements
• Comfortable working storm markets and building your own pipeline
• Clean driving record + valid driver's license

• 4 weeks paid training to ramp quickly
• Uncapped commission structure (no ceiling)
• $500 sign-on bonus (paid after 60 days)
