Sleep Expert - Sales

Job Details

We are looking for a Sleep Expert to elevate and enhance the customer's in‑store experience by providing best‑in‑class products and expert advice. The role includes the following responsibilities.

• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information and serve as a subject‑matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of competition, advertisements, and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

Competitive pay range of $57,000 – $71,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional bonus opportunities may be available for eligible leadership and individual contributor roles at the discretion of the Company.
