Job Description Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Production Machine Operator B to join our team.

We have the exclusive rights to make, sell, and distribute directly to stores in our territory the world‑renowned Pepsi Co and Keurig Dr. Pepper beverages. We also create our own beverages, producing and distributing them to our customers’ warehouses nationally.

Operates and monitors high speed machinery while complying with production and safety standards.

• Maintains all product flow.
• Ensures comprehensive product quality.
• Utilizes computer screens and functions and is familiar with HMI functionality.
• Supports OEE functions on line, interprets data and makes adjustments, as needed.
• Maintains a clean work area and clean equipment.
• Completes all necessary line inspections and reports using computers/tablets on the line.
• Assists with line change over.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three (3) months previous manufacturing experience required.
• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment, with the ability to multi‑task and troubleshoot; critical thinking skills are necessary.
• Ability to interfaces with Allen Bradley PLC controller and touch screen devices.
• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
