OPC Brand Ambassador - Las Vegas Area

Position Overview

We Put the World on Vacation Travel + Leisure Co. invites you to join our team as a Community Marketing OPC Agent. In this sales‑based role, you will engage prospective customers at high‑traffic locations, serving as a brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure.

• Act as a positive and professional brand ambassador, greeting and presenting information to prospective customers.
• Incentivize guests to attend award‑winning vacation ownership presentations.
• Make sales‑tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Attend scheduled training sessions, department meetings, and stay current on marketing materials and industry trends.
• Maintain minimum performance goals in accordance with company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.

• 1–3 years of sales or marketing experience preferred (not required).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and general computer skills, including smart devices.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

This is a commission‑driven role featuring a small base salary plus weekly commissions based on tours scheduled, along with an uncapped monthly volume bonus. A competitive hourly rate is also available.
