Route Associate

Midwest Lubricants is looking for a highly customer-centric route associate to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering products to your assigned customers and routes in the Remsen area. You will be a direct support to the operations and sales team. You will build strong and positive working relationships with your customers and maintain a highly motivated and driven mentality.

You will be an ambassador of our company, becoming a trusted face to our customers while adhering to our company core values and policies.

Monday to Friday. Consistent hours! Home nightly. Year round work.

• Execute delivery of accurate products daily
• Drive company vehicle on designated routes to deliver and sell products
• Track customer inventory for correct delivery
• Provide effective customer service to assist in issues concerning Midwest Lubricant customers
• Process accurate and effective billing to match delivered product
• Complete end of the day administrative tasks including unloading the truck and preparing for next day's route
• Actively drive customer retention and increase route revenue by expanding customer relationships
• Provide excellent customer service during product delivery
• Communicate with customers regarding product availability, pricing, and promotions
• Maintain accurate records of sales, delivery, and inventory

• Self-motivated and driven for personal and company success.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• 3 years driving experience.
• Class B license with tanker endorsement.

Base Pay: $18-$20 per hour
