Route Associate

Location: Remsen

Route Associate Monday to Friday. Consistent Hours! Home nightly. Year round work.

Job Summary:

Midwest Lubricants is looking for a highly customer-centric route associate to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering products to your assigned customers and routes in the Remsen area. You will be a direct support to the operations and sales team. You will build strong and positive working relationships with your customers and maintain a highly motivated and driven mentality.

You will be an ambassador of our company, becoming a trusted face to our customers while adhering to our company core values and policies.

Job Responsibilities:

Execute delivery of accurate products daily

Drive company vehicle on designated routes to deliver and sell products

Track customer inventory for correct delivery

Provide effective customer service to assist in issues concerning Midwest Lubricant customers Process accurate and effective billing to match delivered product Complete end of the day administrative tasks including unloading the truck and preparing for next day's route

Actively drive customer retention and increase route revenue by expanding customer relationships

Provide excellent customer service during product delivery

Communicate with customers regarding product availability, pricing, and promotions

Maintain accurate records of sales, delivery, and inventory

Job Requirements:

Self-motivated and driven for personal and company success.

Strong organizational skills.

Strong verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
3 years driving experience. Class B license with tanker endorsement. Our Culture:
