Territory Manager

A rapidly growing biopharmaceutical organization is seeking a motivated Territory Manager to join its Rare Disease team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing strategic accounts, and partnering with healthcare professionals to improve patient care.

• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve commercial objectives and drive account growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, key accounts, and other clinical stakeholders throughout the assigned territory.
• Deliver clinical and product education through in-person and virtual interactions while serving as a trusted resource for customers.
• Identify opportunities to expand account engagement and support customer needs through strategic planning and execution.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 6 years of successful biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, or specialty pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience promoting specialty therapies to healthcare professionals in complex disease states strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated history of exceeding sales goals and effectively managing strategic accounts.
