We are seeking a dynamic and business-minded Business Development Entrepreneur to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA, MBA, and a background in political science, coupled with high-line sales experience.

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth for both Medcare-EMS and Lifeguard Aeromed.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
• Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and negotiations.
• Write and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

• We are pleased to offer a starting salary of $85,000 per year, with potential adjustments based on experience. In addition, there are performance and commission incentives that provide you the opportunity to earn up to $210,000 annually.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) is required.
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a background in Political Science is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in high-line sales and business development.
• Strong background in proposal writing and responding to RFPs.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare and emergency medical services industries is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
