Brand Ambassador

Pella Windows & Doors of Eastern Iowa seeks a Brand Ambassador to represent our high-performance windows and doors at events, showrooms, and in-store locations. You'll engage homeowners and contractors, share product benefits, qualify prospects, and generate high-quality leads for our sales team. Partner closely with sales and marketing to support campaigns, track activity, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities

• Represent Pella brand at events, showrooms, and retail locations
• Engage homeowners and contractors to explain product features and benefits
• Qualify prospects and capture accurate lead information for the sales team
• Support sales and marketing campaigns and promotions on-site
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and answer basic technical questions
• Maintain branded displays and event materials in clean, appealing condition
• Track interactions and leads in CRM or designated systems
• Collaborate with sales reps to ensure smooth handoff and follow-up
• Provide feedback from the field to improve marketing and customer experience
• Follow all safety and company policies while representing the brand in the community
