Discovery Sales Representative - Club Wyndham Grand Desert

Travel + Leisure Co. is the world’s leading vacation ownership and travel membership company.

This position’s main purpose is to sell the guest a trial membership program (Discovery) that allows the client to experience Club Wyndham firsthand.

How you’ll shine:
Conduct digital surveys regarding guests’ experience and present the Discovery program professionally with the goal of selling the club discovery membership. Answer all guests’ questions accurately in accordance with company sales quotas. When a guest purchases, you will prepare a digital worksheet with all required information. Answer all post-sale inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. Follow all company and department policies and procedures.

Complete any other assigned duties as requested by the manager.

• Proven sales experience.
• Applicable Nevada real estate and/or timeshare license (TSA) or the ability to obtain one.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to make effective sales presentations utilizing technology and work independently.
• Initial paid training covering the discovery sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale.
• General smart‑device skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to maintain production standards and meet established sales quotas.
