Responsibilities
- Develop and mentor staff to ensure all company and departmental standards and goals are understood and met.
- Provide administrative oversight of Security Officer’s personnel files including training, attendance and job performance.
- Train officers in report writing and the Security and Control room.
- Provide direct supervision of Security Officers.
- Ensure staff complies with Company and department policies and procedures.
- Prepare daily schedules. Including reviewing Security Officer’s requests for time off.
- Coordinate training of Security Officers.
- Read and respond to all emails and correspondence in a timely manner.
- Coordinate activity between Security Department and other departments.
- Clock-in and out staff.
- Patrol the property.
- Conduct briefings.
- Respond to incidents as necessary.
- Read all reports to ensure compliance with report writing guidelines.
- Ensure all equipment is accounted for and maintained.
- Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and operate an automated external defibrillator (AED) machine when emergencies arise.
- Communicate with the Security Manager and Security Assistant Manager regarding the daily operations of the Security department.
- Perform all duties necessary for the success of the company.

- Able to perform all Security Officer duties, which includes training new Officers in their duties.
- High School Diploma required.
- Valid driver’s license is needed.
- Bi-lingual preferred.
- Knowledge in basic office equipment and programs like Excel and Outlook.
- Must be current with all certifications and training including but not limited to CPR/AED and First Aid.
- Knowledge of local, state, federal, and gaming laws.
