** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures at the front desk, assisting visitors, employees, and vendors with access protocols, badge processes, and general questions in a professional manner.

+ Monitor entry activity at the reception area and help to deter unauthorized access by verifying identification, visitor logs, deliveries, and appointments in accordance with location policies.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency services when appropriate.

+ Support security-related operations for a food and beverage location by documenting daily activity, reporting unusual conditions, and maintaining awareness of lobby, reception, and nearby access points.

+ Handle incoming calls, coordinate visitor check-in and check-out procedures, and follow post orders related to restricted areas, personnel entry, and/or after-hours access requests.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
