Pay Rate: $18.01/hr (Night Shift Differential Included) | $16.37/hr Base Rate
Duration: 6 months Contract

• Monitor live video surveillance feeds across multiple locations using proprietary surveillance software.
• Identify suspicious, unauthorized, or unsafe activities and initiate appropriate response procedures.
• Issue real-time audio warnings through remote monitoring systems when required.
• Escalate incidents to law enforcement agencies, emergency responders, and designated site contacts.
• Document incidents, observations, and response actions in detailed electronic reports and case notes.
• Manage multiple surveillance screens, applications, browser tabs, and monitoring tools simultaneously.
• Maintain continuous monitoring coverage during assigned shifts and follow established incident response protocols.
• Report software, hardware, or system performance issues to IT support teams for resolution.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Live video surveillance monitoring and incident detection.
• Multi-screen and multi-application monitoring in a high-volume operations environment.
• Incident reporting, case documentation, and electronic recordkeeping.
• Real-time threat assessment and escalation procedures.
• Experience interacting with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, or property management contacts.
• Computer proficiency with multiple monitors, browser tabs, and software applications.
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
• Experience working overnight, swing, or rotating schedules including weekends.
• Ability to maintain sustained attention during continuous monitoring operations.

• Video surveillance, remote monitoring, or security operations center (SOC) experience.
• Loss prevention, asset protection, or surveillance investigation experience.
• Call center, dispatch, emergency communications, or monitoring center experience.
• Video gaming experience demonstrating rapid decision-making and multi-screen navigation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft collaboration platforms and Google Workspace applications.
• Experience in fast-paced monitoring, command center, or operations center environments.
