The company provides integrated security solutions for homes and businesses, including security officer services, smart home automation, burglar and fire alarms, access control, security cameras, alarm monitoring, investigative services, and background checks.

Position:
Full‑Time Gate Security Officer

Location:

West Branch, Iowa
Training:
Day shift 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Tuesday‑Friday

Shifts:

Sunday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM;
Monday 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM;
Friday 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM;
Saturday 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $17.00 hr with step increases available

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
• Disciplined to stay off personal phone.
• Capable of walking extended periods of time.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass Iowa Department of Public Safety/FBI background check.
• Pass company motor vehicle records check.
• Pass pre‑employment 4‑panel drug screen.
• Interact with the public in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
• Remain calm in non‑emergency and emergency situations.
• Detail oriented and aware of surroundings at all times.
• Available to cover vacant shifts (overtime).
• Submit a resume with updated contact information and any security, military, law enforcement, or related experience.
• Qualifications for Cedar Rapids branch coverage include Waterloo, Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, Mt. Pleasant, and surrounding areas; all interviews and onboarding take place at the Cedar Rapids Branch.
