** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk responsibilities at a food and beverage location.

+ Monitor access to the location by greeting guests, verifying identification and/or credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and communicating entry procedures in line with site policies.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.

+ Support daily front desk operations by answering phones, directing foot traffic, receiving deliveries, documenting unusual activity, and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

+ Help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions by maintaining an attentive presence at the front desk and following established post orders and emergency response activities.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
