Iowa Premium, a National Beef Company located in Tama, Iowa, seeks qualified professionals for Loss Prevention Officer positions. This role is essential for maintaining security and preventing loss of company property within the facility.

• Hourly wage starts at $20.32 per hour

• Monitor, control, and document vehicular traffic on the premises
• Secure premises by patrolling property
• Inspect vehicles, bags, and lunch boxes
• Monitor controlled access points
• Complete required reports in a timely manner
• Record observations, occurrences, and surveillance activities
• Provide a uniformed presence to prevent loss or damage to company property
• Investigate incidents of irregularity
• Contribute to a team effort
• Perform other duties as assigned
