Location: Rockwell City
The State of Iowa is seeking a Correctional Officer. The salary is $24.48/hour, $1,958.40 bi-weekly, or $50,918.40 annually. Starting pay includes a shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts, plus annual merit increases.
Training opportunities are available to support advancement. Responsibilities include observing incarcerated individuals and staff, patrolling facilities, conducting searches for contraband, escorting individuals, and maintaining logs and reports.
