Job Skills / RequirementsWe are looking for a FULL-TIME GATE TRUCK GATE - SECURITY OFFICER in the Shell Rock, Iowa area.
Requirements:
- Must have exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be disciplined to stay off personal phone.
- Must be able to walk/stand extended periods of time.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver's license/reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass Iowa Department of Public Safety/FBI Background check from age 18 to current.
- Must be able to pass company motor vehicle records check.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment 4-panel drug screen.
- Must be able to interact with the public in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
- Must be able to remain calm in non-emergency and emergency situations.
- Must be detail oriented and aware of your surroundings at all times.
- Must be available to cover vacant shifts (Overtime).
- Must be comfortable using a tablet and its functions for job-related tasks.
- Must be reliable—excessive absenteeism will not be tolerated.
