Shift: Tuesday–Saturday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM Graveyard
Shift: Saturday–Wednesday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM30-minute unpaid lunch
Weekend availability is required.
Position Overview Our client is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Surveillance Operators for a fast-paced Operations Center. This is a fully onsite, desk-based position responsible for monitoring live video surveillance feeds, identifying suspicious or unsafe activity, issuing audio warnings, and escalating incidents appropriately.
Operators monitor multiple properties nationwide using proprietary surveillance technology and coordinate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and property representatives when necessary.
Please Note:
This is not a casino surveillance position.
The position is not located on the Las Vegas Strip.
Continuous computer-based monitoring is required.
Key Responsibilities Monitor multiple live video surveillance feeds simultaneously.
Identify unauthorized, suspicious, or unsafe activity in real time.
Issue live audio warnings when appropriate.
Contact law enforcement, first responders, or property contacts for active incidents.
Create accurate and detailed incident reports.
Navigate multiple monitors, software applications, and browser tabs concurrently.
Maintain vigilance, focus, and situational awareness throughout the shift.
Escalate technical concerns to IT support when necessary.
Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
Required Qualifications Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with law enforcement and property managers.
Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple applications and monitors.
Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
Ability to remain seated and focused for extended periods.
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Weekend availability.
Ability to successfully complete mandatory training.

Dispatching or emergency communications
Surveillance monitoring
Loss prevention
Fast-paced operations environments
Gaming or other multi-screen environments requiring quick reactions and multitasking
Mandatory Training All new hires must complete mandatory training on the Swing Shift schedule:
Saturday–Wednesday | 6:00 PM–11:00 PM | 2 weeks
Training may be extended to a third week if additional time is required. Candidates must be fully available for the entire training schedule.
Onboarding Tuesday–Friday | 12:00 PM–4:30 PM Additional onboarding details will be provided after offer acceptance.

Employees may need to remain up to 20 minutes beyond their scheduled shift when actively handling an incident or call.
Contract-to-Hire Opportunity This is a temporary assignment with potential for full-time employment. Conversion is based on performance, attendance, professional attitude, and business needs and is not guaranteed.
Candidates must confirm:
Availability for the selected shift.
Availability for mandatory training, Saturday–Wednesday, 6:00 PM–11:00 PM.Ability to work onsite in Las Vegas.
Strong computer and multi-monitor experience.
Minimum 40 WPM typing speed.
Comfort communicating with law enforcement and emergency responders.
Ability to work a structured, non-flexible schedule.
Understanding that this is a temporary assignment with potential temp-to-hire.
