Wireman - Electrical Journeyman

Cool Hand Electric is seeking a full-time Wireman - Electrical Journeyman to join our team. This electrician position offers competitive compensation ranging from $75,000 to $130,000 per year (hourly pay plus bonuses), along with comprehensive benefits such as:

As a Wireman - Electrical Journeyman, you will begin each workday at our central location before departing to residential service sites in a company-provided, fully equipped service vehicle. Your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing electrical issues, implementing code-compliant solutions, and performing installations with precision and professionalism. Additionally, you will communicate repair and installation options clearly to homeowners, ensuring they understand their choices.

You will be expected to uphold safety standards, maintain a clean work environment, and contribute positively to the team culture.

This position requires an average of 45 - 50 hours per week, with shifts scheduled within regular business hours. Occasional overtime may be necessary. Employees will report to a central location before traveling to job sites.

• Current Texas Wireman's Electrician License
• Strong commitment to safety, precision, and professionalism

Residential customer-facing experience is a plus.
