Schiebout Window & Door is hiring a full-time Installation, Service & Logistics Specialist
.
This is a hands‑on, physically demanding role that combines installation, service work, warehouse operations, and jobsite logistics. You will serve customers in the field, support installation crews, handle service calls, manage materials, and help keep our operation running smoothly from warehouse to jobsite.

What You’ll Do (Approximate Weekly Breakdown)Service Work (Approx. 12 hrs/week)
- Adjustments, warranty calls, punch‑list items, troubleshooting
Warehouse & Delivery (Approx. 12 hrs/week)
- Loading/unloading materials, staging jobs, deliveries, organization
Window Installation (Approx. 21 hrs/week)
- Crew support with opportunity to grow into leading portions of installs
- Serve customers professionally and respectfully
- Communicate clearly with team members and leadership
- Work independently while contributing to a strong crew
- Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and finish quality
- Anticipate problems and take proactive next steps
- Safely operate company vehicles
- Keep jobsites clean, organized, and professional
- Lift, carry, and maneuver heavy windows and doors repeatedly
- Work on ladders and handle awkward loads safely
- Endure long, physically demanding days without mentally quitting
- Maintain safety standards under pressure
- Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
