• Maintain, diagnose and repair Exmark mowers and all types of Bobcat and Link‑Belt equipment.
• Work in the shop, punching on and off work orders and entering detailed stories into the computer of what was done.
• Provide timely and accurate repair service to minimize downtime for customers.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One to five years of related experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Mastery of key performance metrics such as Technician Efficiency Rate, Recovery Rate, and Rework.
• Ownership of general tools of the trade.
