Maxx Properties is adding a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Palermo Apartments in Las Vegas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and wants to be part of a company where their contributions are recognized and supported.
What you can expect at MAXX Properties:- Annual reimbursement of $100 for the purchase of new work boots AND an additional $100 reimbursement for the purchase of industry related work tools

- Contribute to the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the community grounds
- Prior experience in residential maintenance, including completing work orders and unit turns
- A solid foundation in general maintenance trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair
- EPA Type II or Universal certification is preferred
- A dependable, self-motivated approach with strong organizational habits
