Responsibilities- Take accurate window measurements for residential homes
- Perform light service repairs on previous installations
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
- Complete minor repairs involving windows, roofing, siding, gutters, gutter protection, and insulation
- Replace sashes, screens, trim, caulking, and other components
- Inspect materials and products for quality and fit
- Enter measurements and job information into company software
- Maintain organized paperwork and service documentation
- Assist with warehouse organization and inventory when needed
- Deliver excellent customer service to homeowners
- Experience installing windows, roofing, siding, gutters, or other exterior home improvement products
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using basic technology and software
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and self‑motivated
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Service technician experience
- Finish carpentry experience
- Residential construction background
- Exterior remodeling experience
- Experience troubleshooting installation issues
- Competitive hourly pay: $22–$26/hour
