Plumbing Service Technician

We are a national home‑repair company that specializes in foundation, basement, crawl‑space, concrete, and water‑management solutions. We are looking for a skilled Plumbing Service Technician to provide professional service to homeowners dealing with plumbing and gas issues.

• Diagnose plumbing or gas problems and present a written proposal, drawings, and pictures to the homeowner.
• Operate a snake to clear main and branch drain lines.
• Operate and tow a Jetter to clear clogged sewer lines.
• Diagnose, repair, and replace water heaters (electric, gas, and tankless).
• Install and repair fixtures (kitchen faucet, bathroom fixtures, tub/shower fixtures) including valve replacement or rebuild.
• Remove and replace toilets or rebuild toilet components.
• Operate a sewer camera and locator to determine the cause of sewer line issues and mark the location of sewer lines.
• Locate gas line leaks, execute repairs, and follow the required red‑tag process.
• Remove, replace, or repair gas lines and install or run new gas lines.
• Remove, replace, or repair water lines and install or run new water lines.
• Remove and replace garbage disposals.
• Use leak‑detection equipment to locate leaks under slabs and ground.
• Conduct back‑flow testing and confirm operation.
• Maintain your own hand tools.
• Operate a company vehicle (monitored by GPS) and maintain safe driving habits.
• Use Service Titan to document service calls—including notes and required pictures.
• Work a rotating schedule that includes on‑call and weekend shifts (5‑day work week, 1–2 on‑calls per month).

• Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of basic hand and plumbing tools.
• Experience using home‑and‑commercial software, specifically Service Titan.
• Proper certification to conduct back‑flow testing, if required.
