We are looking for a Lead Painter who wants to grow, earn more through performance, and take ownership of their jobs.
What You Will Do
- Lead and complete interior residential painting projects
- Organize and run jobs efficiently from start to finish
- Confirm you are on the way to the job each day
- Provide daily progress updates to the office and customer
- Upload job photos using Company Cam
- Confirm colors and job scope before starting
- Maintain clean, professional job sites
- Train, oversee, and lead 1+ team members
- Deliver strong customer experience on every job
Morning
- Confirm you are on the way to the job
- Arrive on time, review job scope, confirm colors & plan the day
- Set up job site cleanly and safely
- Assign work and lead your teammate
- Stay organized and keep the job moving efficiently
- Communicate with customer and office as needed
- Upload progress photos to Company Cam
- Maintain quality, cleanliness, and professionalism
- Train and guide your team member
- Clean and organize the job site
- Provide daily update to office and customer
- Confirm next day plan and materials
- Track job progress and stay on schedule
- Jobs run smoothly and organized
- Customers feel informed and confident
- Strong communication with office
- Clean, high-quality finished work
- Team runs efficiently under your leadership
- Experienced interior residential painter
