Apartment Maintenance Technician - $1000 Sign-on Bonus
As an Apartment Maintenance Technician for HHHunt's Abberly Place apartments, you are passionate about being Customer Focused and a Provider of Quality Services and Products. We are looking for a genuine, motivated, and driven team member to join our Apartment Living team as a Maintenance Technician.

- Complete inspections, work orders, turns, and tasks in four technical areas per company policies and goals, maintaining high customer service.
- Solve routine and moderately complex problems within those areas.
- Notify the Service Manager of parts or supplies that need ordering.
- Participate in an on‑call schedule and respond to emergency calls per company policies.
- Keep current on all required training classes and maintain certifications.
- Communicate and work with contractors and vendors as directed.
- Maintain accurate timesheets.
- Communicate promptly with the Leasing Office and Service Manager about charges, deficiencies, or concerns.
- Ensure the community and all work are clean, neat, safe, and comply with standards.
- Represent the company professionally and abide by dress code.
- Maintain and use community equipment and vehicles per policies and manufacturer standards.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience as a service technician or trade school certification in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Appliances, Landscaping, Painting, Carpentry, Swimming Pools, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in the eight technical areas: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Appliances, Landscaping, Painting, Carpentry, Swimming Pools.
- EPA 608 Type I & II certification.
- Valid CPO certification.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to use a smart device and a computer with tracking systems.
- High level of customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities.
- Ability to work outside for long periods in various weather conditions.
