Overview

Travel + Leisure Co. is a leading vacation ownership and travel membership company. We are seeking a Maintenance Tech II to maintain resort properties and ensure a high-quality experience for our guests.

How You'll Shine

As a Maintenance Tech II, you will use your maintenance skills and customer service expertise to keep every unit and building in perfect working order, providing quality results for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Apply intermediate working knowledge of facilities maintenance including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Perform plumbing maintenance such as pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, and Jacuzzi tubs using soldering, PVC, CPVC, and fittings.
  • Replace breakers, ballasts, electrical fixtures, switches, and sockets; prevent and troubleshoot potential electric hazards.
  • Complete preventative maintenance programs on all systems such as HVAC.
  • Repair interior walls, wall coverings, and ceilings by patching drywall, replacing wood or wall coverings, adding texture, and painting.
  • Clean, inspect building systems, and report deficiencies to supervisor.
  • Adhere to the company’s safety programs.
