Waddle Exteriors is growing fast, and we're looking for skilled Production Service Technicians who know roofing and siding—and want consistent work with a solid team.

This is a hands-on role focused on repairs, service work, and small installs across residential exterior projects.

• Complete roofing repairs (shingles, flashing, leaks, etc.)

• Perform siding repairs and minor replacements

• Handle service calls and warranty work

• Diagnose issues and provide solutions on-site

• Ensure jobs are completed safely and to quality standards

• Communicate professionally with homeowners

• Experience in roofing and/or siding repairs

• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders

• Strong problem-solving skills in the field

• Reliable, self-sufficient, and takes pride in work

• Valid driver's license required

• $20+/hr depending on experience
