Wage: $23.75 – $26.88/hr (determined during interview process)
Hours:
Monday – Friday 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (overtime, weekends, holidays, and shifts as required)
Weekly pay on Fridays

Work as a team member, directing personnel in a safety‑conscious environment. “Safety First” expectations include PJHA process, observation process, and compliance with all company/site safety guidelines and procedures.
Install, repair, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.
Work from elevated areas such as ladders, platforms, and scaffolds using fall protection equipment as necessary.
Operate hand/power tools, HVAC & refrigeration tools, rigging equipment, and preventive/predictive maintenance tools.
Perform repairs and preventive maintenance in conformance with established standards, and assist in formulating preventive maintenance standards and work procedures.
Maintain adherence to the published work schedule, including overtime, weekend, holidays, and shift work as required.
Operate skid‑steer loaders, scissors lifts, boom lifts, forklifts, and hand/power tools; clean screens and wear a respirator where needed.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and customers to accomplish assigned tasks and develop customer relations.
Maintain communication with supervisors regarding unresolved work issues, personnel issues, and employee complaints.
Perform additional work as defined by the company and/or customer.
Ensure compliance with all company/customer regulations, policies, and procedures.
Achieve performance expectations set as part of performance appraisals, including employee development planning.
Assist in short‑ and long‑range planning to support company goals and objectives.
Meet physical requirements of the job (details provided prior to employment).
Perform tasks safely, efficiently, and effectively.
Complete accurate and timely administrative duties, including time accounting and work order completion.
Maintain positive customer and employee relations.
Experience:
0–2 years in HVAC is desirable.EPA certification preferred.

Observe details at close range (within a few feet).
Control precision: quickly and repeatedly adjust machine or vehicle controls to exact positions.
Manual dexterity: quickly grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.
Substantial lifting up to 50 pounds.
Ability to move for extended or continuous periods.
Ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and/or step stools.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely.
Operate forklifts or other vehicles safely.
Wear a respirator while performing job duties.
Communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
Arrange actions in a certain order or pattern per specific rules.
Employees frequently encounter moving mechanical parts, high or precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock and vibration. They may also be exposed to extreme heat, extreme cold, wet or humid conditions, and loud noise.
CompensationThe compensation offered for this role is $22.85 – $26.88/hr based on factors such as collective bargaining agreements, geographic location, market pay rates, and candidate experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than the minimum wage.
