Heavy Equipment Operators - Nevada Projects - 14/7 - Lodging or Subsistence Allowance - $35/hr - NV
Morgan is seeking Heavy Equipment Operators for multiple projects across Nevada. Operators will work with dozers, excavators, rock trucks, and graders in heavy civil construction, supporting mining and access road projects. This is an excellent opportunity for those who thrive in dynamic, outdoor environments and are committed to safety and teamwork.

- Minimum 3 years recent experience operating dozers, excavators, rock trucks, or graders
- MSHA Part 48 certification
- Successful completion of alcohol and drug screening
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
- Ability to work rotational 12-hour shifts (days and nights)
- Prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willingness to perform additional labour duties as required
- Finish/Trim expertise is highly preferred
