• $24.00/hour starting wage, with increases based on experience

• Ability to physically operate heavy equipment in an underground environment
• Ability to stand for 6-12 hours, bend, stoop, and climb ladders
• Work up to 12-hour shifts in varying underground conditions
• Ability to lift 60 to 80 pounds without mechanical assistance
• Wear a half-mask respirator for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
• Valid driver’s license required
• MSHA Part 48 certification (training provided on-site)

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
• Prior mining experience (preferred but not required)
