Do you enjoy working with robotics, solving technical challenges, and improving welding performance?

We’re looking for a Robotic Welding Programmer to write, edit, and troubleshoot robotic welding programs that support high‑quality production. In this hands‑on role, you’ll help ensure weldments meet specifications while improving efficiency and minimizing downtime.

• Write and optimize robotic weld programs to meet quality and cycle time standards
• Troubleshoot robotic welding equipment and resolve programming issues
• Inspect and test weldments to ensure they meet specifications
• Set up and operate welding equipment (GMAW, GTAW)

• Welding, robotic programming, or related manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Knowledge of weld parameters and fixturing is a plus
• Comfortable working with computers and programming software
