Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking a General Maintenance Technician II to perform skilled repairs across plumbing, drywall, carpentry, cabinetry, painting, electrical, and appliance servicing for guest villas. A minimum of 2 years in the field is required, with familiarity in multiple trades and strong use of hand/power tools.
Team-based environment with opportunities for growth. Experience in a resort or hotel setting is preferred; bilingual abilities are a plus.
