Tower Foreman – Verizon Wireless Project
We’re looking for a skilled Tower Foreman to lead field crew on Verizon wireless construction projects, including new builds, mods, integrations, and maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to run a site safely, efficiently, and to Verizon’s exacting standards.
Responsibilities- Lead and supervise tower crews on daily construction activities
- Perform and oversee installation of antennas, RRUs, coax/fiber, mounts, and structural components
- Ensure all work meets Verizon, OEM, and OSHA requirements
- Conduct daily JHAs, safety briefings, and quality checks
- Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and vendors
- Complete closeout documentation, photos, and redlines
- Troubleshoot field issues and maintain project timelines
- Ensure proper rigging, climbing, and rescue procedures are followed

- 3+ years tower experience, with at least 1 year as a lead or foreman
- Strong knowledge of Verizon standards, RFDS, and construction methods
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and scopes of work
- Proficiency with fiber/coax testing, PIM/Sweep (a plus)
- Valid climber/rescue certification
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
