What You'll Be Working On

You'll become the go-to expert for some of the industry's most advanced underground inspection equipment, including:

  • Rovver X robotic crawler systems
  • Quick View airHD zoom camera systems
  • Verisight Ultra inspection cameras
  • Push camera inspection systems
  • Portable and vehicle-mounted inspection control units

Every day brings a new challenge—and a new piece of technology to master.

What You'll Do

As our Envirosight Specialist, you'll:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain advanced robotic sewer inspection equipment.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and software-related issues.
  • Install new equipment and perform complete system setup and calibration.
  • Update firmware and configure Windows-based inspection software.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
  • Test equipment before and after repairs to ensure everything performs flawlessly.
  • Create detailed service reports, repair estimates, and warranty documentation.
  • Provide technical support by phone, email, and in person.
  • Train customers on proper operation, maintenance, and best practices.
  • Occasionally travel to customer locations for installations, repairs, and equipment demonstrations.
  • Keep your workspace clean, organized, and ready for the next challenge.
The Ideal Candidate

You don't need to know everything about sewer inspection equipment—we'll help you become the expert.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Strong computer skills and confidence working with Windows operating systems.
  • Experience using diagnostic software and performing firmware updates.
  • The ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
  • Experience diagnosing electrical, electronic, and mechanical problems.
  • Strong soldering skills and experience using hand tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting instincts—you enjoy solving problems others can't.
  • Great organization and attention to detail.
  • A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to continuously learn new technology.
Why You'll Love This Role

At Mac Queen, you'll work with technology that most people never get to see.

One day you're rebuilding a robotic crawler. The next you're helping a city inspect underground infrastructure that keeps entire communities running.

You'll join a team that values technical expertise, continuous learning, and customer relationships—where your work directly supports municipalities, contractors, and utility professionals across the region.

If you're looking for a career that combines electronics, mechanics, software, robotics, and real-world problem solving, this is it.
